We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive at your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!



Once your order is successfully submitted, our team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you the same business day or the next business day, however, please allow for 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and packaged before shipping out of our warehouse and then it should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days. 

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during holidays, weekends, sale events, and peak shopping days so please allow up to 5 business days to ship orders from our warehouse during these times.

If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! 


We work really hard to get your packages packed and shipped off to you in a timely manner. We offer a flat rate of $6.95 for orders less than $99 and FREE standard shipping for all orders $99+.

* Keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!) and does not include tax.

**We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items or for lost returns. 


We are not currently offering international shipping to any countries outside the United States. 


Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. 

We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.


If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. 


You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or canceled. While we do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Shop Abide cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, holidays, postal interruptions, etc.
